CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT WORKS for YP CONSTRUCTION CO.

The total construction area of ​​the project is 15,090.00 m2 and consists of three separate blocks. Revit and Allplan 3D Modeling software were used together in this project. Allplan was used for construction and architectural studies, and Revit software was used for MEP disciplines. 4D Simulation studies were carried out in the project. All project Quantities were extracted with Allplan and OSKA software. Subcontractor earnings were arranged according to these quantities. The Work Program was prepared with all the details at Level-7 level with Primavera P6 program and weekly progress and reports were arranged based on earnings. All coordination of the project was done, Shop-Drawing and As-Built drawings were extracted using the BIM system. All material information was added to BIM Projects.
